This is my first order on this site. I had a bad ink cartridge and I sent a ticket. They returned an e-mail the next day. A new one is being sent. I have no problems with Professor Ink. Will buy there again... Thank you. |

I get my money worth from there ink carriages and the prices you cannot beat any where .For all of the printing I do and picture I print I am surprised how long the ink lasts and the quality on my picture is fantastic. I love the Professor ink there the best. I will never buy from anyone else. |

Never a problem ordering from Professorink.com. Even when I accidently ordered the wrong cartridges once I was NOT charged the difference for the higher priced correct ones!! |
