When I hear from the recipient, perhaps I can answer the questions. I want to know my total cost including S/H before I submit my credit card information. You included a cost of $9.99 for standard delivery and then taced on an additional $4.99 for Rush Delivery, I didn't indicate anywhere on the order that I wanted Rush delivery. I felt it was deceptive that when I selected the flowers I wanted, a little note came up saying "this order qualifies for $15.00 shipping rebate." When you actually place your order, a box comes up that allows you to choose to get a $15.00 discount on your next order. Then when you click on that, you find out that in order to receive the discount code, you have to become part of some "club", that it will cost you $14.98/month to be part of. So, no $15.00 shipping rebate. I also felt the varied and miscellaneous charges that were added to the order at the end were way out of line...these added $30.00! to my original order. I doubt I will use this company again, no matter how great the flowers end up being. Thank you.	Overall Rating

I looked everywhere for a place to click and could not find it. This come on about free shipping is a scam. The promise of a $15 off on next order was also a scam--it required me to join something, get billed $1.95 and then set myself up for something (perhaps lots of email ads) that was unclear. These are unfair business practices, and i regret my order. I just hope the flowers I selected are good quality. I do not have a positive feeling about ProFlowers because of the deceptive business practices on the ordering site.	Overall Rating

When I've ordered flowers on line from other vendors the delivery was included in the price and there was no charge for the message card. The price was deceiving.	Overall Rating
