The best thing for me is that I bought it from Bes ...

Strengths:

Great picture for twenty-six days. No problems.

Weaknesses:

Damn Picture went out. I can't believe it... No signs of anything wrong... I first thought the cable was out.

Posted Aug 17, 2003 - The best thing for me is that I bought it from Best-Buy... and I have two more days on it... I will trade this lemon in for a new sony or something.... Don't buy this TV...You will be sorry....

tv broke within two weeks, pathitic customer service from toshiba

Posted Feb 27, 2003 - Tv screen and the remote sensor went out within two weeks. I contacted toshiba's "customer service" what a joke... They basically told me to kiss off because the tv was my problem and they had my money... they sell a lemon and tell their customers to accept their inferior products... what kind of pathetic company is this.... I will certainly not buy another toshiba product again and i hope this will help you decide to by the mitsubishi, sony, pioneer or other legitimate manufactures available in this free market.
