I was leery of using a new internet merchant for the large purchase I made. But after talking with customer service at this company, doing a little research, and asking lots of questions, I placed my order. I couldn't be happier. Not only did I get a great price, my order was shipped the same day, and I received it 3 days later as promised. Everything was new in a factory sealed box as promised. The product I received works prefectly. I would definitely buy from Proview again!!! |

While watching a movie with remote control in hand)picture turned upside down. I called ProView, Sam answered immediately. He gave me Panasonic,s 1-800 number for technical support AND,told me if it didn't get corrected, I was still in the 14 day return period and I could return it. [Offered that info without me asking]. Panasonic tech support resolved problem in 2 minutes (human error - mine). Great experience and will Definitely do business with ProView Digital again. |

Ordering was fairly easy and the web response time was good. Now the only question is how long it takes for merchandise to arrive. So far so good. Followup: They shipped almost instantly and gave tracking for me to follow it. Box contained exactly what I ordered. Without doubt, I'll be ordering from them again in the future. |

ProViewDigital was a great and straight forward vendor. I bought a $1800 LCD projector and was somewhat leary about their great pricing at first. At the time of my order, it was critical that the order be processed and shipped the same day due to rebate requirements. They did as they stated and shipped the same day with the best price on the internet via Pricegrabber.com. I would recommend ProViewDigital to others. |

I ordered a PT-AE900U projector, which was listed in stock. I received an automated e-mail within minutes of purchase, as well as a followup call to verify my address. (I used paypal for purchase, but accidentally placed a billing address as well, which was unneeded if using paypal.) It shipped within 24 hours of purchase, and was well-packaged. The projector worked fine after initial setup. I would order from proviewdigital again. |

Very good experience. Ordered a Panasonic projector Friday night after business hour. Called customer service first thing Monday morning and was able to speak to someone directly without waiting. He told me it is in stock and will be shipped out Monday. I received it Wednesday. It was very well packed. Very happy. Will definately do business with them again |
