Placing my order was easy and simple, i chose ground shipping so i did not have to pay any money when sending out my ps3. I did receive an e-mail as to when they received my ps3, but i did not receive a reason as to why it was broken or as to why the amount i had to pay was that amount, they simply provided a price then send you a link to make the payment. Also i was not aware i would have to pay for shipping back, it was not made absolutely clear about returning shipping payments on the website. |

This was extremely easy. Although I have not received my system back, I am confident that it will be in great condition. The merchant has great service but has poor communication with the customer when asking questions concerning their repair quote. Still waiting on their response so i agreed to their qoute hoping they found everything wrong with the unit. |
