Highly recommended merchant, knowledgeable and fast offering personal and prompt service that so many companies lack. I've tried other similar services and PS Pros is by far the best. I wouldn't trust my PS3 to anyone else |

They said most repairs average $60-100, but your repair will always be their max $120. I have two friends that have also had this experience, one of which had his drive crap-out immediately after their 90 day warranty ran out. When you throw on the shipping and safe packaging costs you're already up past what Sony or a local shop would charge. Oh and don't expect a quick turnaround either, mine took over 3 weeks (and I live two states away, so it wasn't the shipper) and the communication was terrible. No updates whatsoever, and when you call in; one of their random staffers that don't even know your case will just give you some unrealistic expectation. Oh, and I bet anything that they're padding these review boards seeing as they're tech savvy, so take this TRUTHFUL review to heart. |

I used the PS Pros service to fix my machine the first time i got it back fixed parts were missing and it still did not work so i sent it back again when i got it back the second time it worked for 2 weeks then quit working i was then told i had to send it back a third time to verify it was not working they then told me they couldn't fix it but offered to take it off my hands and give me a replacement for another 10 dollars i told them i wanted my money back they gave me less then half of my money and we are still fighting about it the don't return phone calls or e-mals they are the worst company i have ever used |

didn't explain why the charge was 20.00 more than what they said the most of the cost of the service was which was between59-99 dollars. That was a bit frustrating. Still haven't received the return item. They advertise that they only take 1-2 days to fix but it has still been over a week since they indicated they were going to fix the item and we have not heard from them since. |

I requested my "free shipping label on 11/24/2010. That day, I went to the local Fedex, paid $15 for a shipping container safe enough for the PS3 and shipped it. It made it from here in North Dakota to the New York repair facility on 12/01/2010. It was estimated later that day as needing a new Blu Ray Drive. a $120 fix. I figured as such, and instantly put payment down on it that day. 4 business days later, it was picked up by Fedex and on its way to my house. I received the console on 12/10/2010. Immediatley, I took it out and hooked it up. Put my game in, noticed it STILL did not "pull" the game in on its own, like it was supposed to. I pushed the disc in further (knowing it would pull it in at a certain point). It read the disc, and I played my game, for about 5 minutes. It stopped working again. I was irate. I called complaining, the guy said they would fix it for free and ship it for free both ways. Im am since waiting to get it back again. We'll see how it goes. |

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair costs were reasonable and I was able to wait while my system was being repaired. I was very satisfied with the services I recieved and will use them again in the future. |
