They took way too long to repair my PS3. Failed to notify me when there was a delay and then shipped it back "regular" FedEx when I requested and paid for 2-day shipping. They did refund the difference in shipping costs but, when the unit finally did arrive, it was not fixed. I had to dispute via PayPal to get them to answer me and honor the warranty. I shipped the unit back to them (at my expense). It was allegedly repaired and returned fairly quickly. Unfortunately, it is actually more broken than it was when I shipped it. Previously the blu-ray drive only worked for a little while, now it does not work at all. Basically, I have spent ~$140 in shipping and repair cost to get a unit that is now less functional. I emailed them to request further remedy. |

was more than Sony would have charged, it was $149 for them to fix the same problem and they shipped it back for free!! |

THE WEBSITE GOT ME TO SEND THEM MY SYSTEM WITH ADVERTISING 59.99 TO 149.99 FOR MY SYSTEM. I HAD ANOTHER BUSINESS THAT WOULD HAVE FIXED THE SAME PROBLEM FOR CHEAPER I WILL USE THEM NEXT TIME AND THEY HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY. |

PS-Pros.com was unable to repair my PS3 after saying that they could do so. I became confused (A.D.D.)as to the purpose of the diagnostic phase. PS-Pros says that the 95% success rate applies after the diagnosis. I fell into the unlucky 5%. I asked for a refund and return of the PS3 and got it both very fast. |

Quickly found out what was wrong with my PS3. They sent email with total cost of repair and return shipping. Waited for my approval and had it fixed and shipped in 2 days. I called after I recieved my PS3 and they explained exactly what they did to it. I had it repaired by another company and they resoldered it. PS-Pro.com added a new and stronger cooling fan to keep it from overheating again. Very impressed with their service. |

From the day they recieved my PS-3 to diagnosis and repair was one day. 5 more days for the least expensive shipping 19.99 Fedex ground. Quick service and quick turnaround. Do this before trying to repair it yourself. I wasted 90$ and tons of time buying parts and researching to fix the blue ray (it still didn't work). 120$ here free shipping to get the Diagnosis and repair in one day and than done. I Like It! |

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair costs were reasonable and I was able to wait while my system was being repaired. I was very satisfied with the services I recieved and will use them again in the future. |

I requested my "free shipping label on 11/24/2010. That day, I went to the local Fedex, paid $15 for a shipping container safe enough for the PS3 and shipped it. It made it from here in North Dakota to the New York repair facility on 12/01/2010. It was estimated later that day as needing a new Blu Ray Drive. a $120 fix. I figured as such, and instantly put payment down on it that day. 4 business days later, it was picked up by Fedex and on its way to my house. I received the console on 12/10/2010. Immediatley, I took it out and hooked it up. Put my game in, noticed it STILL did not "pull" the game in on its own, like it was supposed to. I pushed the disc in further (knowing it would pull it in at a certain point). It read the disc, and I played my game, for about 5 minutes. It stopped working again. I was irate. I called complaining, the guy said they would fix it for free and ship it for free both ways. Im am since waiting to get it back again. We'll see how it goes. |

didn't explain why the charge was 20.00 more than what they said the most of the cost of the service was which was between59-99 dollars. That was a bit frustrating. Still haven't received the return item. They advertise that they only take 1-2 days to fix but it has still been over a week since they indicated they were going to fix the item and we have not heard from them since. |
