Strengths:

grand theft auto is getting worse everytime a new one comes out I realize a lot of folks can't do without all the cursing and sexual crap but...please remember kids love inappropriate stuff too!

Weaknesses:

language...sexual references

Posted Nov 5, 2002 - My grandson is 13 years old and loves grand theft auto he has played it with friends I have a problem with the game and will not allow him to buy it because of the language and sexual references in it...I wish you could come up with a fun game that left out some of these offenses! Most games that are fun to kids are not really good influences!

Posted Nov 2, 2002 - I love 80's music, so this game is great right out of the gate. It plays as good as, if not better than GTA 3. The best part is that I bought it on Tuesday night before the Oct. 30th release date from Best Buy for only $39.99 They're sold out now, imagine that, but I'm hooked up! I recommend this game to anyone serious about gaming. Of course if you've played the previous GTA, then I need not explain. Have fun!

Posted Aug 18, 2003 - A must buy game if you own a PS2. Can do so much and if you use game codes it can make the game so much fun. Between running over old ladies and picking up hookers, this game is one of PS2's greatest games.

Posted Dec 1, 2002 - There is a endless slectoin of thing, to do even as soon as u stat the game check out the cars, motobikes ,listen to the radio ,collect the hidden pacgages on the first island and do some missions. After you have got accses to all the islands you can get boats helis and even a milltery helis after 100 hidden pacages or after the last mission. Also no more locked dors get them clean of the hinges with the chinsaw.

Posted Nov 11, 2003 - Very good game, adds 80's theme and many funny style aspects to original. They got rid of the trippy graphics effect, even though now I've got a card that could support it. Cars also disappear if you turn your back on them, but overall it's more fun. Improved water, boat, helicopter, and plane usage. Good plot. If you think I work for Rockstar, read my review of Max Payne 2 (not worth the money).

Posted Jun 23, 2002 - The game is exiting I cannot wait to play it everyday! The gameplays cool and the 80s are just the way I thought they would be! No military or fbi this time though only cops ambulance and fire. you only get the flamethrower, pistol, and shotgun which is kind of lame. the helicopter police are very aggressive compared. Motorcycling is sweet also. the graphics are the same as gta3 though/no improvement there. the cops did not change as far as acting they still smash into everything and only come after you. they seem to get into more head on collisions too. there are jumps and stuff out in the water too so have a hoe down with the boats im not telling you anymore just play it for yourself when it is sold to the states.

Strengths:

grand theft auto vice city is perfect because of all of the weapons,citys,cars and of corse all the peoples different not to mention it's good graphies,sound and mind blowing action

Weaknesses:

the weakness of this game is that it should have more missions and that it should be more realistick like gangs be makeing more problems after you help try to stop them

Strengths:

EVERYTHING! This game rules, I gave found very few flaws. The weapons are cool the targeting system is great and the cheats are easy to memorize. I would easly pay $70 for this game, if i had it!

Weaknesses:

The only two weaknesses are: A:Ditching, sometimes it just doesn't let you, and the graphic is kida off. and B: When people give you weapons, it forces you to take them, even if you have better ones.

Posted Dec 25, 2002 - This game is the best for people who either hate cops, or just like to kill people and blow sh*t up. While the missions are somewhat easy, they are fun, and Tommy has some of the best one-liners. Like when you do the mission, "Four Iron", for Avery, when he steps out of Jock Shop...."Is this me?" "Nice as$ baby!" I laughed really hard when i first heard that. Diaz is a laugh riot, too. "What do you think your doing!?" The whole game could keep me occupied for months on end. Great Buy!

Strengths:

The whole game is great. I got it the day it came out and I've been glued to it ever since, even after I beat 89% of the game.

Weaknesses:

Nothing except for when you have felony, the police ram you. I think you should be able to pull over and pay $200 instead of the police "busting" you and you have to pay $1000.

Posted May 20, 2003 - All in all, the game is great. The missions are really fun and most are challenging. There are a ton of vehicles, such as tanks, army trucks, FBI vehicles, and extremely fast sports cars. I would definetly recomend it to people who like fast pace action games and/or shooting games. BUY IT!!!

Posted Dec 20, 2002 - this game rocks with its great graphics and gameplay......this is a game every PS2 owner should have. it beats gta3 40 vehicle roster. it has 100+ vehicles and motorcycle. AI is alot more complex. so are missions. 11 Actors doing voice's for the characters. you cant compare gta3 to vc because gta:vc is way better. 15 weapons before now theres 40. hello gamers pick up a copy of this game if you are a true gamer. sure it has its bugs and glitches but overall its a great game.
