O.k. , honest mistake. Well 2 days later the site still showed IN STOCK. I called and asked if it was the case. No , the website was not updated , sorry our mistake. Two days later still shows IN STOCK. I try to change to the same model , but a different color that shows as IN STOCK. Sorry our mistake , website not updated. Bull! All went so smooth as expected. recently i wanted to order another phone for my daughter's bithday. I saw they had blackberry pearl flip pink phone, was economical and thought of ordering. Oh my password is not working. I went to contact their live chat and told them that I have lost my pw and want to get it reset. The rep asked my phone number. I just gave it and wow a person called my just the very minute and reset my pw. I am VERY impressed. I want on ordering that item and since it was not in stock I had to change the phone. I took w375 and receved the phone 2 days later. I ordered it normal shipping since my daughter's birthday was a good week ahead. I am really happy with there service. When you click on the link, it says they have no rating. They're clearly blatantly lying. The Pricegrabber reviews on here are all made up and fake! All the reviewers have sign up dates very close to each other which are 1 day apart. All of these reviews only have 1 review which are directed at Pure Mobile. Totally made up reviews! Fake! These reviews are clearly Pure Mobile employees are even the owner! These people are scammers! They prefer to send shipment via UPS to home address only, I mean billing address of the Credit Card. They do not accept your working office address for delivery. As you know, UPS facilities are located usually far away from big cities, somewhere in countryside. This is my case. Thus, you cannot be home at 4:30 pm when UPS driver usually arrives, you cannot reach UPS facility in order to pick up shipment because this facility works till 6pm and far away from your home. As for redelivery to new address, I mean your office address, it takes two days more. That is ridiculous. The delivery takes a week. I know there is office of Puremobile in Montreal, just 5 min away from my office. Nevertheless they prefer to charge $15 for shipping and send order via UPS. Puremobile does not provide option to pick up package locally from they office or choose the shipment method. In my case local pick up or Purolator would be much better. Retailer Response (01/16/2009): That is correct for security reasons we cannot ship to any address other then the billing address of the credit card. We can ship to any address as long as we can confirm with the credit card company that you have it as an authorized address. The reason we ship with UPS is because we have very good rates. If we were to ship with Purolator our shipping costs would be much higher. Our office is not equipped for pickup by individuals and that is why everything must be shipped. You mentioned that you were in Montreal. Delivery to Montreal typically takes only one day sometimes two and there is multiple pick ups in Montreal. The main UPS facility is about 10 mintues from where we are located. The facility is open until 8pm Monday to Friday.	Overall Rating

I had to sign a credit card authorization form to get the order approved which was a bit annoying but they informed me that that there was just too much fraud from people buying iphones with stolen credit cards to I kind of understand. I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago and never received it, despite investing the extra money for Express Courier shipping. I have tried using email, phone and their "Live chat" customer support service to contact them, without any success. Both of their phone lines are dead (Calgary and New York locations). Live chat claims to be online some days, but they never respond (even after hours of idling). There is no indication from the part of the company that there is an issue with my order, they gladly took my money. I have been completely ignored by the company. I read only good things about Puremobile.ca from this site, but it is now obvious that each posting is a forgery, made by employees of puremobile.ca itself. I'm also scared because of all the free publicity they are getting from media outlets (like Canadian newspapers, digg.com and others), because they have unlocked iPhones. Avoid the huge headache that will come from dealing with this garage company.	Overall Rating

When the item shipped, I was given an order tracking number with an estimation of when the package would arrive. It took two days of ordering to receipt, and that was with the regular shipping.
