In reality it was shipped on LATE Friday Evening which was the third day. (Is Purplus a Order processor for some other company?) Order arrived 10 working days after placing order. After immediately receiving an order confirmation e-mail, I never received any follow-up order/shipping status notices. I sent an e-mail inquiry to Purplus. No response. I sent another e-mail. Again no response. So I called them to find out what was going on. I was told the item was out of stock and on backorder, even though their website indicated and a customer service rep confirmed on the phone that it was in-stock and available to ship at the time of order. I was told it would ship the next day and I'd receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. As I didn't receive any shipping notice the next day, I called them again to inquire about the status of my order. I was told it would finally ship that day, which it did. Good products and price, but this was a completely negative customer care and customer communication experience.	Overall Rating
