Quack Quack Distributors's Response: Just look at our record and how long we are in business. We are a professional company. You could of checked with paypal system was down and we didn't receive notice. Sometimes these things happen. As soon as we found out we shipped your ordersent to you. Hope your happy with your item. I tried two to three times, but could not do it. I gave up. I purchased the product elsewhere. Sorry. Quack Quack Distributors's Response: Unjustified rating.
