I was somewhat sceptical that a remanufactured cartridge would be as good as the original - especially when they arrived spewing powder. However, they have performed brilliantly, and so I am re-ordering. |

Actually I don't know as the goods have not been delivered yet! It looks fine and is a UK company not very far away, but the ordering experience was not good, however if the goods arrive safely within the next few days and work well I will be happy. PLEASE DO not phone me unless it is very urgent to do with the payment - if anyone wants to communicate, email is quick and less intrusive. Thank you. |

Further to earlier post re faulty imaging drum, spoke to Gary, in fact he phoned me back. Sent a replacement drum and threw in spare black toner cartridge too for hassle. I believe delays (and possibly damage to original) down to bad weather at the time. Got there in the end and I will use gain. |

I have just received a faulty imaging drum from this company and am feeling nervous having read the previous threads. No response by email and sales phone number goes unanswered. Hopefully I will have a positive comment to make in a couple of days and I am not a scam victim. Refurbished drum looks like a very high mileage unit simply with a new chip. I could have done this my self with my old one which actually looks in better condition. I don't have issue with delivery time as weather has been very bad. |
