Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeble on products. Very prompt delivery, exactly as promised. Returns with no issues (when ordered wrong model #) Second order was mis-delivered, but staff were on to the problem and chased till it was delivered. |

Clear, well thought-out site - easy to read & navigate. The only disappointment was that the Paypal logo was displayed but I was NOT given the option to pay with Paypal (which just cuts down on having to enter my debit card details again) |

really disappointed in the lack of response to my dilema over my lost or miss managed order. which i have had no satisfactory outcome Retailer Response (05/21/2008): Thanks for inform us, regarding this customer comments i want to say that customer already receive the order on 18th April 2008 just after 2 days she placed the order online. We send her parcel by Parcel Force Tracking No. PBIB1890263001 Received at their address by Mrs. Brown. She is continues denying that she didn't receive it. Finally we decided to send another set free of charge to satisfy the customer. But she is still not happy and still complaining. We can do nothing more to satisfy any customer like this. |
