web page stated 5 colour should have said 1 x 5 colour...makes you think you are getting 5 cartridges.....apart from this i sent the whole order back for a very quick refund. if changed misleading info then all ok. company are ok emails excellent contact excellent no problem with them just price..have now got a lot cheaper. paid £16.99 for 10 x 5 colour cartridges + 2 x black. |

Before buying my laser toner, I checked out over 25 websites. QualityCartridge was by far the best designed website. Everything was clear, yet the prices were lower than most. Clear, well thought-out site - easy to read & navigate. The only disappointment was that the Paypal logo was displayed but I was NOT given the option to pay with Paypal (which just cuts down on having to enter my debit card details again) |

Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeble on products. Very prompt delivery, exactly as promised. Returns with no issues (when ordered wrong model #) Second order was mis-delivered, but staff were on to the problem and chased till it was delivered. |
