When you ring, no one seems to have the authority to action anything. Cancelled order, still no refund or answer to any email sent. The delivery date then shifted on numerous occassions before we eventually received our order after 10 days only to find one of the cartridges was faulty. Finally had a fully working set 13 days after we ordered. Service and feedback during that time was appalling, unreturned calls and emails, even had lies about a taxi driver delivering our product! We were told that we would be reimbursed £50 as a good will gesture, surprise surprise we've not recieved anything. So bad it was almost comical. Would never use again.	Overall Rating
