I am very happy with my purchase (first one) from Rainbow Appliance. I purchased a Summitt built-in gas oven, for a very good price, and it was delivered within a week. An Email was sent to provide the tracking number, and my one email inquiry was answered the same day. The shipper they used was very customer friendly, and worked with me to set up a convenient delivery time. It was a nearly effortless transaction, which is the way I like them. I will use them again if I need another appliance, and I highly recommend Rainbow. |

Like many, I was very hesitant to purchase a gas grill on-line, but I took a chance on Rainbow Appliance and boy did they exceed my expectations! No merchant in my local area could match the price on the Weber gas grill I purchased. In addition, Rainbow Appliance had free shipping and no sales tax. The grill was delivered in a timely fashion by R& L Carriers, who also did a great job. R&L Carriers called to arrange a delivery time, and they delivered right on schedule to my garage door! The grill arrived in perfect shape with no damage. I am very please with my purchase from Rainbow Appliance and the delivery service by R&L Carriers. This was a great buying experience for me, so I would highly recommend them to a friend! |

RA is the place to save $$. I saved $700 vs. HomeDepot/Lowes. Customer Service was extremely lacking. False shipping date relayed to me several times. I felt like a bother everytime I called. I did order a couple days before NYE. I would have been happy if given an accurate shipping date from Day1. Happy with grill, and the $$ I saved, but know this up front, you aren't dealing with a Large named Company with great CS. BUT you save A LOT of $$. Be patient with delivery times. Retailer Response (01/30/2012): You placed your order a day before New Years Weekend and we emailed you that we will be closed for New Years Weekend but everything ordered will ship out the next business day. Your Weber Grill shipped out the very next business day and you received your entire order the very same week. Please be considerate that it is a legal holiday weekend and that we may be closed (as most business are) during New Years Holiday We shipped your Grill the day we opened after the weekend which was the very next business day and we sent you the tracking# as well |

The Rainbowstaff was great and delivered as promised, very happy with them! The same cannot be said for Weber, they neglected to include the assembly instructions in the box. Fortunately after searching the Internet I was able to find them through Amazon. One additional note on Weber. I have owned a number of their grills over the years and I regret to say that as their price has steadily increased their price/value has gone down compared to many competitors on the market. |
