I do not rate shipping or delivery since I just ordered today. I ordered over the phone and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff I talked to was very knowledgable. The did try to upsell me a few very reasonable items some of which I purchased, such as an upgraded battery at a fair price. I was impressed b/c during the sales pitch for the UV cover, he made a mistatement about it shockprofiing the lense, to which he quickly corrected himself with "Not shockproof, shatterproof, I apologize". I feel very confident that I will receive exactly what was ordered based on the phone conversation. Overall a good experience thusfar! |

I bought a Sony Camcorder from here. I am waiting for the shipment. I ordered it on phone. When I called the them up they put me on hold for a long time. After some 10 minutes, a salesperson came on line. He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and efficient. The sales men tried to sell me some unwanted accesories which I naturally declined to take. Overall a good experience to buy. |

I have purchased 2 Fuji Finepix S5200 cameras, the first one after two very frustrating run-arounds by vendors that cancelled the sale after I didn't make ancilliary purchases. I ultimately found a legitimate vendor that sold me a brand new, warrantied product, with no after sale hassles. Unfortunately, the camera was indefinitely out of stock at that vendor this time. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Rainbowtronics had the camera that I wanted at an even slightly lower price and offered all the characteristics that I learned to look for the first time round: new product, full mfr's warranty, super competitive pricing, and reasonably priced shipping. While there was a post sale follow-up checking for ancilliary sales, I wasn't pressured, badgered for having already obtained these accessories elsewhere, and my order wasn't cancelled. I did actually choose to purchase a very reasonably priced extended service contract, due to the rep's courtesy. I'd buy from these guys again! |

My experience with buying from RainbowTronics was very good. They made sure that I was who I stated I was according to my credit card. They were also very helpful in advising me on what accessories to buy. |

Great prices but it took too long to get through on the 800 numberm. I was on the phone for 45 minutes just to not get a busy signal then another 50 minutes on hold, Gotta do better than this |

Good overall service and quick shipping. I received the item I purchased well before I expected it. I didn't care for the follow-up email requesting that I call to verify some credit card information. When I placed the call, it was nothing more than an attempt to sell me an extended warranty and some other items for the item purchased that I neither needed nor wanted. |

I was called to verify cc. info. (??) I called back several times unsucessfully, and the item took an extra 24 hours to process. I was pushed twice to buy the extra warranty, which I did not want and did not get. The sales rep. was courteous, however. |

Knowing that when I called to confirm my order they would try to sell me accessories, I replied no and they graciously just took my order and immediately shipped. I would again use this company and recommend them to my friends. My order came on time and they provided me with a tracking number. Great job. |

Merchant sold me an extra battery for dig. camera, and represented it to be an original SONY product, even the invoice shows the registered trademark description. Phone calls to resolve the problem were handled in deceptive fashion. Merchant is unsrupulous, you should avoid. |
