There was a little hiccup when I registered as a customer. After finishing I was not taken back to my shopping cart, but had to start over again, which is no big deal, but thought you would want to know. |

This is the first time I have used this site. I like the option to purchase name brand tools at a discounted price (reconditioned with warrenty). I am already pleased with the price, and if I am also pleased with the tool then I will be back to purchase more tools in the future. |

This is my first use of this site, and I am a long time Hitachi tool user. I am replacing a 20+ year old drill for my 84 year old father. I love the site because it gave me options for a tool that is right up his ally, and won't break the bank or make my wife mad for buying the tool. Thanks |
