Good place to find old new stock of toner. I.E. Panasonic KX 4400 printer toner is not available from Panasonic last time I checked. |

I ordered 2 items at single shipping charge. Only one was shipped. Phone never answered and messages by phone and email not returned. I finally got through by email, informing company of missing item. Staff/owner said he would ship it without shipping fee, but shipping wrong item. I said I wouldn't pay for it and wanted either both items ordered or none. He shipped correct 2nd item. But he did not send me a UPS return label to return wrong item. And he charged AmEx card for it. Awful experience! |

The prices and shipp seem competitive. I don't have a delivery date, but I am not in a particular hurry. So that's fine. Hopefully the product will be of the quality expected. |

I really didn't want to have to leave a negative rating as about a year ago I did business with this company and got great service, however this time around I don't know what happened but it's a complete turn-around. First, I accidentally sent the wrong CC info for the order (wanted to use a different card) and I tried to contact them to fix this before the order went out. The toll-free number on the web site doesn't work, and my emails were ignored. They were, of course, still happy to charge that wrong credit card for the order and send the item anyway. Upon receiving it, I found that the toner cartridge was defective. Again trying to contact them to get a replacement or refund, the emails are again going unanswered. Basically at this point I feel they took my money and ran with it. Also of note, if you click on the Trust-E link on the web site, the site will inform you that they are not a valid member and should not be displaying the logo. |

(Edited February 11th by BobL1961) The first order was never processed (claimed they had a problem with website). I placed another order, and received a remanufactured cartridge when I had ordered a new one. The item was shipped inside an envelope with no bracket, or box. There was ink leaking inside the bag. They finally sent a replacement which I received on 02/11/2008. The replacement has an expiration date of Aug 2005! I will NEVER order from this merchant again. A totally unsatisfactory experience. |

Ordering on the web site was a bit challenging to edit addresses, etc.I never received the second emailthey said would come indicating that my item had been shipped, allowing me to track it. |

It took me a while to realize that the original version of the product was not in stock (the shipping amount was zero). I've purchased from red tag toner in the past, and have been very satisfied. |

Called Red Tag Toner After SEARCH on Google For Apple Toner. Good price, and they sounded sincere. The first one arrived in an unsealed bag and leaking all over the place. Took many attempts on phone to get a new one. Received new one OK with no charge. Sent a THANK YOU note. Right after that, the new one started leaking and leaving smear on all paper. Have tried to reorder, or correct this problem. NO ONE EVER, EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, OR EMAIL!!!!! Soft spoken voice that irritates me always promises to call, but NEVER DOES! How does this company stay in business? Do not buy from this company!!! It will be the most frustrating experience of your life. The phones are never answered-The email is not answered. The website looks good but is deceiving. |

This is the second time I am ordering toner for my Canon copier. The price is almost 50% less than most other retailers. Other retailers who offer discounts do not feature genuine Canon toner, but a "comparable" product. Ordering is simple and if you are already registered and know what you want, it will take less than a minute. So, if you want genuine Canon toner at the best price, you can't beat Red Tag Toner. |
