Sold used / open box items as new - Not indicated anywhere on web site that it was an open box or used item. They did agree to pick up item for return at there expense, they refused to send a new replacemnet but did agree to a full refund. |

I would highly recommend this merchant. I did have trouble placing my order on line, but I called the "Help" number they had on their website and a Live Body actually answered my call!!! Very helpful and efficient. Even gave me free shipping since I had trouble with their on-line ordering. I will look for their name again for future purchases. |

I ordered 10 cartridges at $6ea.Instead of $60, my credit card was charged $300. After over charging me,items didn't even get shipped. Left numerous messages & after more than 3 weeks,finally got the product. But couldn't use it, because it was out of date. Finally got a credit on my credit card! I'll never do business w/them again! Nothing but a gigantic headache!!! |

Inital product shipped was of poor quality. (Box yellowed, OLD, ink was dry, etc.) Contacted their support and they turned around a new cartridge to me in moments with little to no hassle on my part. This means alot to me, as I know I can trust them in the future to deal with product problems. (They also had the best price around) |

Merchant's website is top notch and easy to use. Fulfillment of the order took 1 day and shipping took 3 days, which is completely reasonable for the amount paid (choose regular shipment). |

The order finalization step was not user friendly. There are two different Process Order buttons...the one at the top, by the items ordered area works, the other one, below the billing and shipping address info doesn't. This created confusion as to whether my order had been placed or not (I clicked on the bottom one, or so I thought). I had to then go to my account and verify that the order had not completed to avoid a duplication. Other than this one area of confusion, the site was good. |

I didn't see the shipping method listed or how long it would take for delivery. The cartridge was shipped to me in an already opened plastic bag....as if it was used. I have not placed it in my copier yet so I cannot determine the quality of the cartridge. |

It would be nice to know in advance of placing the shipping address how the product would be shipped, if it is UPS or USPS. Because those are two different addresses. I put both addresses on the shipping information. |
