geez, that order was fast and easy. i tried ordering from another site yesterday. had to enter my info four times, order still didn't process, called customer service - haven't had my call returned, and sent an email - all to no avail. you guys are the BEST!!! |

Ordering was simple as with most sites I have used. Easy to find the part I was looking for using the original model number. I paid for next day delivery and site says will ship today (ordered before 3pm pacific). Reserve final judgement until part arrives on time and functions correctly. |

Seems like a very user friendly site - It was very easy to find the item I needed - They shipped it out quickly however, no fault of Replacement Power, UPS delivered it late. I would order form them again. |

I had previously ordered the exact part number listed on my laptop AC adapter. However, the AC adapter that arrived did not fit my laptop. I called support only to be told that the wrong part number was printed on the original adapter by Compaq. I received an adapter that does not fit through no fault of my own, but now I am required to pay for return shipping and I was told that I would have to order a new part in order to avoid a restocking fee. I expect better service. |

I heard good reviews so I went with this company. Great buy for a great price! I wish there was an option to choose the priority shipping method. I would've liked to have it sooner and pay for it than to wait for Ground shipping. *crosses fingers* :) |

I am a comeback customer. I had a very good experience with your products and service in the past and now that I had another power need, I have returned. The checkout process was quick and painless. However, I was unclear about the shipping options such as how long each option would take. But other than that a very good experience. |

I thought the shipping was kind of slow even though they shipped my order the same day. The tracking didn't show up for 3 days or so and then it said the delivery was "rescheduled". Other than that, the product arrived in great shape and works fantastic! Nice company. |

The part numbers are not consistent for the products you are offering. Also, not all the notebooks the part is compatible with are listed on the site. You need to choose either One number from the product or cross reference them all in order to avoid confusion. The only thing I didn't like about your site was the searching and searching to find the right part. |
