I woulod prefer to complete a survey such as this only after the merchandise is shipped. Since something could be delayed, missing, damaged, or worse? I might not want to rate the merchant as high if something goes awry. After the Item was received the invoice indicated shipping costs 708 times hire than the $1.00 shiiping cost noted online for the item I ordered. That's bogus. |

It would be helpful to list the laptops for which the given battery will work since there are quite a few different Toshiba P105 laptops. Maybe unnecessary, but it would provide a little peace of mind to see my model listed there. No shiping date found on web browser confirmation or email confirmation. This doesn't bother me since I see it is coming FedEX Ground which I know will take a few days. I'm not in a hurry. I appreciate the low price, almost half of what I would have paid at a big box store's web site. |

purchasing item good, found your web site by putting the part that i needed in search engine, having the price listed on the description was nice, I felt the price was fair and didn't need to look any farther. I liked the "will fit" tab to look at when purchasing a laptop replacement battery. This gives me confidence that the upgraded battery will fit, even though the dimensions (found on another site) seem to be larger. I'm assuming it will just not be flush to the computer, which is ok. Maybe it will be, but seeing that it fill fit by using that tab makes me feel better. Also, I will be getting the more powerful battery for the same price as the standard battery priced on another site. So far, thanks! |

Once I recive the product I'm unable to accurately rate my overall shopping experience with this merchant. Thus far, the service is average. I tried to purchase 2 Day air shipping but the site wouldn't allow me to do so. I would like to have this item shipped by Thursday 8/19/10 at the latest so my daughter can have it for college. What is the price to ship 2 day air? |

Replacement Power has very good prices on the products listed. The website could possibly use a little organization. For example, the search engine seems to need some improvement. I searched for "Satellite A665" (in quotations, no less) and came up with several pages of AC adapters. None of the first 3 listed that particular model of laptop as a compatible fit. In the end, I found an adapter that will work by comparing the technical specs from my old adapter with the specs on each adapter listed. Only partially painful. Good pictures for each product, and very good technical specs pages. Just slightly difficult to sort through. |

The device did not serve long. Today, I had to order exactly the same item. Despite I rolled tape at some places, the wires broke. Moreover, the power unit appeared to be extremely fragile. The only advantage of this product is its cheap price. |
