The site was easy to navigate and ran smoothly. My only issues is that it never told me whether my order was in stock or not and approximate how long it would take to receive my order. Otherwise, I liked the way the website flows and am looking forward to receiving my product. |

Everything seems fine. The battery works fine in the computer. The was supposed to be 14.8 volts, but I received a battery of only 14.4, which really isn't important, because small descrepencies really don't matter in the computer world. The charge seems good so far. |

I had ordered a Dell AC Adapter from Replacement Power, the AC adapter does not work, even the Green light does not lit up...Purchasing from Replacement Power has been a very bad experience for me....Added to it you cant even get through their Customer Service...call is always answered by a Voice Message and no one returns the call....it is a pathetic service.... I would not recommend anyone to use Replacement Power..this was the worst online shopping experience for me....Worst part being that the product was defective and over to it there is NO ONE AVAILABLE to address your concern.... |
