I have purchased several items from this merchant and found the ordering process and the delivery time excellent.I have referred Rockbottom to my friends and they have also made purchases. Keep up the good work, it does pay off.I received my True linkswear shoes yesterday and wore them for a round of golf. They are probably the most comfortable golf shoes I have purchased over the years. |

Ordering is OK but returns take an extremely long time to get finance to issue a credit. So far it's been more than seven working days. Doesn't seem like much but that's a week and a half and then the replacement item I wanted is sold out by then. |

for a few days the items i was looking for were not available. usually when something is not available, it will be removed from the drop down menu. luckily i kept checking and the item i was wanting to purchase was available. I only buy my clubs from rockbottom golf, they have the best prices and new items all the time. |
