TIll now i have not received my item yet and I'm not given an track number. I'd place the wrong orders and contacted them within 30mins, they reply they cannot see in the system yet. contact them again in an hour, they told me they already processing, unable to cancel, cannot change address either. and I cannot return the item too. I'm very disappointed with the service although they are there in a live chat answering your queries but I only get a NO. There is so many online shop out there, why should i bother to come back with one which cannot cancel my order or change my address in an hour. Will definitely not shop here again. |

My daughter loves her NF fleece jacket... Rock Creek was a pleasure to work with and the jacket came as promised on the date specified. This was the first online purchase for my family and it went very smoothly. The only down side was the lack of choice but the price was right... |

The item was offered and "in stock" on their website. I ordered it. Order was confirmed and the day before the item was supposed to arrive I received an email telling me that my order was cancelled due to no inventory. I now have no christmas present for my little sister. Thank you so much. Its a great way to do business. |

I shopped all over the web for this particular color for my teenage, hard to please, daughter. She dresses very neutral in alot of earh tones. Even though she knows about Santa :(...you have helped to make her Christmas..Thank you |

So far so good. I will see when it arrives. I am pleased you use USPS because I have had unpleasant experience with couriers to Canada. They charge duty when in fact there is free trade between Canada and US. |

When providing information for creating an account, if one thing was missing or incorrect, it would erase all fields and I had to start over again. For example, if the passwords didn't match, I had to type everything all over again- I did this 3 times! very frustrating!! |

I usually don't fill out these reviews, but I've ordered from this site before and their customer service people were really great and totally knew their stuff (that seems to be a thing of the past for a lot of companies). They seem to have better prices than most too. |
