They were the wrong colors. The same day I placed the order over the internet I called to verify the color scheme. I have in no way been helped with this matter. No one said let me see what we can do, or lets see how we can correct this, just sorry those are those colors and we can not change anything. It like they are blaming me for mistake. Customer service through this company was terrible, I highly suggest you watch closely before ordering from them.	Overall Rating

Was contacted approx. one week later stating that R.Rooms made a mistake on listed price and would not be honoring that price. I e-mailed back expressing my complete dissatisfaction with transaction. Credit was issued. Thought that was end of story. Now, 2 months later, have been charged double the original price,and...item is in transit. DO NOT WANT ITEM. Will NEVER order from nor recommend this co. to anyone. Customer service rep. horribly rude. I have seven children and use internet convenience often. I have NEVER experienced anything remotely like this. I might add, I've been in customer service for the past 25 years. Word of mouth can have a disastrous results concerning sales.	Overall Rating

I tried calling the customer service number, and was told to leave a message so that someone could call me back. The respresentative returned my call within the same day and was extremely helpful. I was relieved that there were no issues sending to an APO. Overall I LOVED the shopping experience, but for example, I had to email your customer service to get the height of the letters... And with the little creeper and snapsuit, the sizing was just 12M or 0-6M, respectively. A little more detail on the sizing (lbs, or even height) would been helpful.	Overall Rating
