I purchased from rugsale.com before. My second purchase was not postitive. I was initially pleased with Rugsale.com; but once I placed the order, and got confirmation of the price. I was contacted the next day telling me that I was not going to get all of the offer. I felt this could have been resolved in the online order process, but I still went ahead and ordered the rug. I spoke to a person on the phone to find out return policy, and I was told that I could return the rug, without penalty; and for one time only I could return without paying the shpping charges. Well, the rug colors were not what I expected and I need to return the rug, but I am told that I have to pay the return freight. They denied ever telling me that I had to pay the return freight, but here I am, stuck paying $200.00 to return an 8x10 rug. Lesson learned. I feel they were not accurate in the sale and the return policies. I will not purchase from this vendor again. |

Easy shopping on the website and great prices and promotions. prices were the best. I would reccomend it to a friend. I would of liked more of description on some rugs, more color detail. I did not order a certain rug because the primary color was the only color noted. But I did really liked all the info that rugsale offered. |
