I have been using rugs usa for quite some time, they are my rug store of choice. I must say I could not be happier. I have used them approximately 5 times (all within a 4 month time span) to furnish my home and the transactions have been pretty seamless. I was once shipped a rug and it was damaged by the deliver courier but customer service quickly resolved my issued and I received my replacement shortly after. I will continue using this compnay for my rug needs. |

Rugs USA has EXTREMELY slow response to phone calls, NO RESPONSE AT ALL to emails, and horrible customer service. Their supervisors refuse to return phone calls, and they lie about shipping info. I placed an order on 12/26/08. Today is 02/10/09 and I still have not received my rug. I've asked NUMEROUS times for them to issue a refund, and they refuse to do so. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Even if the prices are cheaper.... it's not worth the hassle to save a few bucks!!!!!!!!!!!! |

This company is awful. I bought an item for a Christmas present at the beginning of December, fully allowing the 5 day time to ship the item to me. When I called a week after the order was placed with still no tracking or shipping information, I was informed that the product wasn't even manufactured yet and it wouldn't be ready until the 22nd of December. Evidently, RugsUSA had "Just found this out" as well. The item should have been listed as back-ordered or at least a notice should have been on the site. When I ASKED how they were going to make this right, they offered me 15% off for keeping my order active. I chose to cancel my order, as I don't feel this is a company I want to help keep in business in this economy. Overall this company lacks the quality communication skills it needs to do business with its customers. I will never order from this site again. BTW the "free shipping" isn't really free. They have a bogus processing fee which is your shipping charge. |

Order was never received. After emailing twice and calling twice (after 4 weeks) I was told that the item was on backorder. I received no notification of this which is a regulation violation. They had no problems sendings me email advertising right away but failed to contact me about my order. I cancelled my order completely! |

I advise using caution before giving this company your financial information. No replies or acknowledged receipt from emails that have been sent multiple times has now resulted in my being charged for 3 rug pads while the carpet order was cancelled by the merchant. This is after attempting both by phone and writing to speak with them regarding my bank flagging this merchant as a potential security risk when my original order of 4 rugs and 3 pads was placed. The bank went so far as to temporarily close my account to further activity. Believing this must be a mistake, I lifted that hold and told the bank that the merchant was authorized by me to process the order. Instead of processing my order, this company charged me for 3 carpet pads for carpets they cancelled from my order. When these pads arrive, I will not accept them nor will I pay for their return. If the company would have the courtesy to respond, I will consider withdrawing my review. |

It took 2 days for the company to debit my account when making a purchase, but I am still trying to get my refund credited to my account weeks after returning the rug. Tracking information shows the rug was received back by the company. |

I did not see where it stated how long it would take for me to receive my order. However someone called to follow up and gave me the info. In all, it was a good experience, I would recommend USARUGS to anyone. |

Ordering was easy -- but live chat pop up was annoying. Rec'd the rug quicker than expected, and also rec'd two free smaller rugs which I also wasn't aware of. (I thought the rug i bought was too small to be included in the promotion.) They are beautiful.... the biggest one was a little crimped but I imagine that will work out in time. |

There is no way to tell is it is in stock. Confirmation states a differnt estimated shipping than does the web site. I do not know if I will receive in 2 days or 5 weeks since they confirmation stated Braided rug can take up to 3 to 5 week - which is never mentioned on the site. If you go by the map on the site I should be in the 1-2 day delivery. I have no idea when it will ship. The Pricing & variety are excellent and the navigation on the site is very well done. |
