Merchandise was ordered as a birthday present. A month later, the merchandise still wasn't even shipped. Customer service was horrible: no feedback; they did not return calls, even when returned calls were scheduled; most of the time the little information they did provide was inaccurate. |

Checkout and ordering went smoothly. Would have liked other/expedited shipping options. Willing to pay for that service, but not an option for a 6' X 10' area rug. Packaging showed signs of wear. Pieces of the carpet were sticking out of packaging upon arrival. Lucky that no dirt got onto the rug in transit. Solution might have been to wrap the carpet in plastic then the paper packing material. |

Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but when I inquired about the status of my order they were quick to respond with the information I needed. The rug I ordered is actually too big (my fault), but I think I may try to trim it because I really like it! I can also return it for a refund if I choose. |

I have purchased from this vendor before and had an awful experience that went on for six months. The result was a carpet that didn't match the other two I purchased, it sheds and lumps........I am angry everyday I see it. I don't want my money back on the other..........it's too hard to get satisfaction with this company but I need a good carpet that matches the other two. I hope they have a good carpet in inventory to send me and not make me wait 6 months. |

When I recieved the rug it was not the same color as it was in the picture. Was very disappointed because the color it looked like went would have went well with my new furniture but after recieving it it was completely off. I understand the monitor could have played a role in the color being differetn but it is a new computer and all the settings are pretty accurate. Thanks anyway. |

Very good phone customer service. Web site fast and efficient. Only drawbacks was lack of detailed product description (Vinyl Floor Tile - dimensions of tile, tiles per box) which generated a call to customer service for this information. |

If the screen told me if the rug is in stock or not, I don't remember seeing it. I hope that it is. I would have liked to know the thickness and weight of the rug and hope it is substantially thick enough when it arrives. I look forward to receiving the package and like that there is no shipping or tax. Thank you. |
