Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but when I inquired about the status of my order they were quick to respond with the information I needed. The rug I ordered is actually too big (my fault), but I think I may try to trim it because I really like it! I can also return it for a refund if I choose. |

I called your toll-free number because I was unsure about which pad was best for my Portugese needlepoint rug. It would be very helpful if you made specific suggestions on the website and this step could be eliminated. The young lady I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful, incidentally. |

If the rug is delivered within 10 days as promissed, then this company really has their sh*t together. The site was very user friendly, and their price was the beest of 6 sites that I went to. If we have a great experience when we recive the rug, we will definately be ordering more from this company. As an Architect, I help many people with decorating their new custom homes that I design, and this company will be getting some good business thrown their way. Thanks again. |
