Got the mattress and box springs Friday, May 18th. Delivery guys were OK. No problem with them except they had me sign a paper that they had handwritten that I received the mattress. They said the original papers flew out the window. I immediately laid on the mattress and it was hard as an exam table. No one from the company has called me since the delivery. |

Saatva has an excellent, clean, informative website. The availability of clear information about the construction of their matresses is a refreshing change from the industry norm. Customer service both prior to and since placing an order was excellent. |

This new company's mantra of serving the customer really came through in my case. Ed Brians answered questions asked over several calls, from return policy to the manufacturing process. When there was a temporary glitch in delivery, Ed and Ron Rudzin stepped in quickly to resolve it. Saatva believes it has found a better way of selling mattresses, without the name games in competing models that the nationwide chains play as they push high-stock inventory, and I must concur wholeheartedly. So far so good on the mattress and the 30-day return policy is unpredecented in the industry. |

I called up today, a Saturday and was surprised to hear a voice, Ed Brians. He was very helpful and very informative and even gave me advice on how to deal with another mattress vendor who was making my life miserable! We actually even came from the same neighborhood! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ed Brians and I hope to deal with him in the future. |

Ordering was a breeze. We spoke with Alex and Ed Brian to place our order and answer our questions who wre tremendous to deal with. It made confidence level much higher since we were ordering from out of town. When we received our mattress set it was even better than we hoped for. It is excelent quality and a tremendous value. |

I found the bed on the website and needed some help deciding what I needed. I called in and Ed helped me pick out the bed he though I needed. I have back problems. I called back in and ordered my bed. It was fast and easy. I did not know they sold frames so I punchased one and askedifthey would set it up. The lady I talked to got back to me immediately and told me that wouldnotbea problem. If the bed is as good as good as the service I am going to be very happy with it. We also will be ordering another in the near future. |
