Although there was initial contact with respect to shipping using our DHL account looked promissing, this did not continue. The order is still being "processed" and I received no answer to the question what is going on. |

This company is a joke. This is the third time in about a year that I try to place an order from their website and I receive an email three days later telling me that the products I ordered are not in stock or discontinued. This company advertises plenty of items that are very hard to find but that they don't even carry. Customer service is inexistant. If you call, you are being asked to send an email instead which they never respond to anyway. One of the worst online experience period. |

The styrofoam protection was busted inside the OEM box and the disk drive was rattling inside the box, I have not installed it as of yet(been sick) to make sure it works OK!!! They had to of known it was loose inside the box, whoever packaged it... |

There is no scroll bar in this survey. I had to use the tab key to navigate below the first screen. In placing my order I ALWAYS received a "Do you want to display secure items" message. It kicked me back and asked me to select a state even though I could see Alabama already selected. Overall, it was a quirky process to place the order. I hope the processor I ordered works better than the web site. --Emily Craft |

I had a lot of troubles completing my order. It started with trying to input the name of the city I live in, and I got an SQL error on the billing address and had to start over and re-enter all information, then I got an SQL error on the shipping address, and once again had to re-enter all information. It would be nice that if there is an error on just one field that it would infor you and retain the information that was not in error. Basicly I had to trouble shoot the problem. |

Shipping details. They clarify that they're not responsible for late shipping. However, I believe providing good delivery service by choosing right delivery company is a part of their responsibilities. Even though they have good products with good price, the delayed delivery will loose many potential custermors. Retailer Response (05/08/2006): Dear Sir, As a policy we try ship all orders on the same day or the next depending upon the time we recd. it.As all the shipments are shipped through reliable courier's such as UPS/Fedex, we do not expect delay in shipping times.
