The site was a bit difficult to navigate. It was difficult to find what I wanted. But I finally did. Ordered and came quicly. Everything went fine. Itme arrived one day before I expected it. Well packed. The best part was probably the price. Could not find it cheaper anywhere else. I will definitely check Salestores.com out the next time I am looking for anything. |

Fast shipment...items arrived earlier than I expected; Packaging was alright...with enough cushioning; Item exactly as described; SUPERB transaction! I did call them to ask for tracking and they said they had emailed me tracking the same day...I found it in my JUNK MAIL. The UPS driver arrived with my package a few minutes after I had called the Company. I recommend this seller, & would buy from him again. Thanks! |

Whenever I searched for something on Google, I had noticed that Sale Stores came up among the least expensive. Never tried it before. I decided to give them a try. The Checkout process was a bit difficult, but everything else was smooth. My product arrived 4 days after I ordered it. Price was great. Shipping cost was not super cheap but decent. Product was exactly as advertised. Would definitely buy from them again. |

Prior to my purchase I called and all my questions were answered quickly. I was told that usually orders arrive within 7 to 10 days from the date an order is placed. Since I wasn't in a hurry and they had the best price, I placed my order and to my suprise UPS came with my package just 3 days after I placed my order. Sweet! |

My experience with Sale Stores was so bad it would have been funny if it had happened to someone else. I ordered several different items on Dec. 10. As of Dec. 24th I had not received them so I emailed them. I didn't hear back until the 28th. They said the problem was with their distributor and they were looking into it. 3 days later they emailed me blaming the delays on a change in sales reps at the distributor. A week later I got another mail saying the distributor had lost their P.O. This is when I realized they were only talking about one manufacturer (my items came from 3 manufacturers). I emailed again. 3 days later I got an email saying the other items were sold out. This is almost a MONTH after my original order. The order shipped that day and I received it 4 days later. It was missing an item. They billed my credit card but I had to ask for a revised invoice. I am still waiting for a credit for the missing item. I definitely do not recommend this merchant! |

Thank you Mr. L and Sale Store. This was my very first time doing business with Sale Store. Mr. L intercepted my email with concerns after receiving a general message that seemed cold and distant. Mr. L reassured me that I was indeed doing business with a reputable company and backed it up with references. My experience didn't end there. When I received my security cameras without power supplies, Mr. L took it upon himself and shipped me new power supplies at no charge. His actions impressed me. Throughout our emails, Mr. L was calm, professional, honest, and understanding, as well as knowing when to go over and beyond the call of duty. I recommend Sale Stores. Keep up the good work. |

Hello, I had a very good experience working with Sale Stores employees, after my former mother-in-law bought a typewriter that did not work correctly, via amazon.com and Sale Stores. I helped her with e-mails and phone calls. I could not print out a sales receipt and Sale Stores employees, especially Benjamin and Melisa, were very helpful in getting me a sales invoice. Since my former mother-in-law did have a warranty for the typewriter, I was able to mail it back to the supplier with the sales invoice, in order to get a replacement typewriter. I could never have accomplished all of this without the wonderful help of Benjamin and Melisa and all of the hours and hours of work that they did. We received the new typewriter yesterday and it works perfectly. My former mother-in-law and I are very pleased. Thank you again, Ann K. Hensen |

I unfortunately had to cancel the order but their service and response to my cancelation was prompt and professional. They really helped me out and went out of their way to help me cancel my order because my order was almost out the door to be shipped. |

(Edited April 03rd by MV73) I had a little trouble in that the microwave, which I had ordered, was shipped directly from the manufacturer with inadequate packaging and arrived damaged. There was a little back and forth but in the end I got a full refund including shipping cost, which I was very happy with. This might have been a fluke caused by this one manufacturer - don't know. The staff at the place are very nice and definitely make sure that their customers are happy with their purchase. |

The merchant worked with us to ensure prompt delivery to meet our needs. Now, a little over a month later, we need another machine and we came right back to the same place. Merchant was accessible over the phone and very friendly and helpful. |

I had been looking for a particular Microwave Oven for quite some time. I had called a few other places and they were all out of stock. I had almost given up, but I found Sale Stores and the price was great. I called them and although it took them almost 10 minutes to find out, the salesperson told me it was available. I asked how long to get it and I was told about a week to 10 days. I placed the order and it arrived in only 3 days. I would definitely buy again from this store. |

NIGHTMARE (Please, don't buy anything from this guys) I ordered an Audio rack two weeks ago. Making the story short, they charge my cc the first day; 3 days later, they sent me a Sales Order. After 8 more days, I have received nothing (not even a tracking #). I emailed to find out what was going on. They opened a case and I heard nothing more for another 3 days. I called for a tracking number and they promised to return my call with the number. Two more times I emailed and called and each time was promised the tracking # but never received one so far. I'm still dealing with those guys but they have HORRIBLE customer service!!! Stay away from this store. I still don't know how this is gonna end, but by far, this have been my first and worst nightmare buying online in the last 8 years. |
