My product had to be back ordered. Since the name of the company is "samedaymusic" I had high expectations. However, they were very good on communications via email to let me know what was going on. Once the product was in stock, it was shipped rapidly and without issue. I would use "samedaymusic" again. |

I ordered a Tascam CDGT2 Portable CD Guitar Trainer from them After finding it at a lower price somewhere else I sent Same day music the URL and the price of the other site and they came back with a lower offer within 2 hours. Wow… So I ordered it from them on the last day working day of the year Dec 30 2011 and for some reason it did not ship. I think it was a FedEx problem with not picking up parcels on the last day of the year. It was then shipped on Jan 3 2012 and so I decided to submit a claim on the $100 guarantee for same day shipping. They sent me an email saying it was their error and would send me a check for $100 within 10-14 days. Another Wow …. The check arrived in 5 days. I am very impressed with the integrity of this company and will definitely use them as my primary source for all my online music purchases. |

"I recently purchased the Arturia Analog Experience Laboratory USB Mini Controller. I purchased this keyboard ON THE PHONE. After receiving this product and registering (which must be completed before the product will work), it became obvious that this product was not ready for prime time. The software is horrible - full of bugs - full of noise - and completely lacking in obviously needed features (like a working sustain pedal). When I tried to return the product (SameDay offers 60 day return), I was told I could not return the product because that would violate the copyright on the software AND THE WEB SITE STATES THAT THE PRODUCT CAN NOT BE RETURNED. I bought this product ON THE PHONE! The software on this product is JUNK! Someone should violate the software license. That SameDayMusic will not kick ARTURIA in the BUTT on this product is outrageous! I essentially spent $400 for a keyboard that is nowhere near as useful as my $200 Casio. I am done with SAMEDAYMUSIC. |
