Product description was for a tape drive, not a cartridge. Had to call to confirm that I was buying a cartridge. When I submitted account info (new acount) I recieved an error that page could not be displayed. Went back and tried to resubmit, then got errors that account already existed. Did not recieve order number on order confirmation page, had to look in email to get that. Site was very slow during entire process (i access internet through a T1 connection).

Our website has one of the largest inventories of Tape Drives and related products therefore we get spyder very frequently for inventory; Thus sometime slow down our online server. Since you've reported this problem, we've moved to a newer and faster server, plus we've then indexing our database primary keys to enhance responsiveness. We'll try also to limit spyders hitting our site with timeout parameters. Hopefully your next experience with us will be more pleasant.
