Merchant informed me that he had this product in stock so I am expecting delivery in the 4-6 day range. I was also informed that registration is to be carried out through the Adobe website. I would have preferred to rate the Merchant after receipt of the product but was not given that option. Rating is based on prompt delivery. Further to the above comments, the order was shipped via Priority Mail and received in 3 days. Merchant phoned me within 2 hours of placing the order and gave installation instructions for the item ordered. Once the order was received, the merchant followed up with the Serial Number. Other calls involved tutorial tips, etc. and more information. Merchant was definitely hands on from order date through installation and could not have been more helpful. |

Was initially going to be charged shipping for a download-only product at checkout. Sent an e-mail to Sales support, and they said to just add a note to the order. Shortly after the order, I got an e-mail confirming adjustment of the order, then later I got the e-mail with my product key. Process went smoothly, and was all completed inside of an hour. |

This is my first shopping experience with PriceGrabber, and I found a software version I have had trouble finding. I would have liked a space for 'Comments,' otherwise, I trusted the site because of the link from Amazon.com. Thank you. |

so far so good - I've just placed the order at this point. I ordered a full version of some software then found out I only needed an upgrade. I called the number, got a real person and they have a policy to provide a full refund (not credit) plus the cost of return postage. |
