I used the free shipping (5-10 business days) and it arrived in four days. The software was not in a box so there was no documentation or instructions. I knew something was wrong when they activated the subcription for me and refused to give me a copy of my volume license agreement. Once I received my MSDN benefit number via emailed, I called MSDN support and they confirmed that my license was a academic license that only costed $169 however this company charged me for a corporate license at $800. The moral of the story is if they don't give you a copy of your volume license agreement, you should call Microsoft and they will promptly confirm that you have been sold an illegal academic copy which is ONLY meant for resale to students or academic institutions.
