I ordered 3 copies of Office 2000 Pro OEM @ $239 and got 3 copies of the media CD's that are used for the open license program with cropped COA's, from who knows what, *glued* to the jewel cases. Obviously this is not legal, and pretty much worthless. Contacting them now. |

Low prices, extremely fast delivery, nice condition of package and goods delivered. Would prefer a little more e-mail feedback while order is still in progress, because there was only one confirmation about purchase and no info about sending package or tracking #. Probably I have had shopped on another site too much and should not expect that =) Otherwise -- no problem, I'd recommend this shop to anyone. |

The experience was quite good. One thing that needs attention is that billing addresses in U.S. possessions are more difficult to enter and do not show name of possession. Also, the security requirements for private individuals who need ordered items shipped to other than billing address can be inconvenient. |

They were listed with a price comparison network, had the lowest price, and were fast and easy to order with. I saved at least $11 over the next best priced competitor, and shipping was free (UPS Gnd). |

These folks are terrible about keeping you informed of your order status, unless you call. They charged my credit card the day I placed the order, but two weeks later the order had still not shipped. I called and found that the item was not in stock, they're still waiting for a shipment from the mfr. Even now their web site says the item is in stock. I canceled the order and ordered somewhere else, who shipped the order the same day. I hope I have no problems getting my charge card credited. |

OEM. Did not state required hardware purchse ... Total nightmare! Charged my card before shipment, then said it was not the correct address, or the card was international. Was sent the wrong product, upgrade instead of OEM. Still waiting for the correct product to arrive. Does business under two names. |

Delivered two copies of Acrobat 6.0 ontime and for the price quoted; would buy from this merchant again. Only complaint was that the packaging for my order was a little flimsy. |
