We've tried several times to get in contact with the seller because we couldn't get the product to work and then we learned (by research) that we needed a different software to use with the scanner. Our credit card keeps getting pended and we've never received the purchase of the software. I've yet to receive a return call. |

the ordering process was fine - i just hope the unit it compatable with my computer. I'm having a hard time finding a compatable business card scanner. I talked to tech support and he assured me that it'd work. |

The Web page has a very bad layout, with error messages appearing off-screen, No place to type in Company name in the address and random location of submit boxes. No indication of where product ships from. |
