I purchased what I thought was a great deal from this company, then I read their reviews. There were complaints about them not delivering. That is what happened to me. I found items that were cheaper than anywhere else, and when purchasing, they claim to ship from the manufacturer. However, they do not give you any info on when they ship or any estimate. After a few weeks they say it has been delayed and ask you to extend or cancel. They do not respond to email attempts to contact them (several). In summary, they do not deliver the products you order, and they have bad customer service. Do not buy from this merchant. |

THIS COMPANY DESERVES NO BUSINESS. Anyone doing christmas shopping beware! As the previous postings show this company takes payment and then once you think your all finished they send you an email blaming the factory for not shipping them the item you have ordered instead of being upfront on the site that the item is out of stock. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. Companies such as this should not be supported and allowed to go out of business. Dont get an email the day before Christmas asking you if it would be alright if they send you your present on the 30th.of Dec. |

We ordered something thru Seaboom and they said that it was in stock at the factory and would ship from there. One week later I received another e-mail that said that it was going to be more than a month out, but of course we could cancel it. I ordered this for a Christmas gift and it was too late to find another one, so I told them to continue with the order. One week after this 2nd order delay I was told that they cancelled my order completely and wasn't going to ship at all. Will NEVER use this company again! |

Lousy. Order was cancelled without explanation, even though web site says 112 are in stock. After asking for an explanation I got a rude phone call and an even less apologetic email. To be avoided, take your business elsewhere, these guys aren't worth it. |

I placed an order for a PS3 on Friday. Today I received an email saying my order had been cancelled Seaboom can no longer get this item from their supplier. I already purchased several games and accessories to go with this system. Now I won't even be able to use them. The PS3 is still showing to be for sale on seaboom.com. Other reviewers have had similar problems. I would avoid doing business with this company. |

Wow... spotted this ad on your site - placed the order last night and got a note back that the order was cancelled today... Nice Job... Seem to me that the Xbox 360 Arcade Console refurb ad here should be retired real soon now... ps - not saying much for pricegrabber.com if they keep the ad listed and there is no product to sell. |

The ordering process was simple, and offered the best price when compared to other companies. The product was verified and shipped by the next day and arrived in the 2-3 day shipping window. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Futurepowerpc.com and will not only recommend them to a friend, but also order again if and when the time calls for it. |

Outstanding service. After searching around, I found they had the best price around. The packaging was considerate and supported the larger and smaller items I had purchased and was adequate enough to ensure that nothing was damaged en route. I will absolutely be back in the future. After reading what appear to be credible negative reviews, I was hesitant to buy from Performance PC's. But they were the only vendor that still had the Lian Li computer case that I wanted. They shipped the case out the same day that I placed the order. The case was brand new, with all parts in the box. So a perfect rating for FuturePowerPC.com! |

Ordered some wires and some connectors. UPS was super slow but PPC did a good job of getting it out fast. It arrived last night missing some connectors. I sent an email before going to bed and they had shipped out extras by the time I woke up. Great service. |

I ordered A CPU cooler (ThermoLab Baram) on April 4th and received it on April 8th with USPS priority mail. I received proper notification of the shipment, including the tracking number. The packaging I received was perfect, protecting delicate parts from any mishaps during transport. They have a great selection of pc parts, as the CPU cooler I was looking for was no where to be found, but this store. I am very pleased with doing business with them, and recommend this store to everyone. |

Just awful. Bad communication, may or may not have products that they list as "in stock", dishonest, etc... I would never do business with them again. but hey, you'll get a lovely "we're sorry" letter a few months after they realize the product you ordered wasn't even in production to begin with. But i guess that's to be expected when you ship from the manufacturer and never update your website. |

On each order they have been prompt in reply, and I was notified when my order was shipped. I was supplied with tracking information. Being brand new to water cooling, I found FuturePowerpc.com had everything I needed. I received my order on time and the box came looking like it had never been handled, not even a dented corner! After opening it I was impressed with the packing of my order, nice and solid with very little filling material. The only problem I had was realizing I had ordered a wrong part. I sent them an email which they responded to promptly. I shipped the item back and they gave me a full in store credit! I promptly ordered the correct part and everything went very smoothly. I couldn't ask for better service from any company and I will be ordering from them again without hesitation. |
