"Holy Crap!" Those were the words out of my mouth when I went home for lunch merely 24 hours after I had placed my order and found my monitor on my doorstep. I really couldnt believe it, never have I ordered something to be shipped Ground (the cheapest) and have it delivered the next day. They will respond to your emails quickly and are very helpful, I have nothing but good things to say about Securemart and look forward to doing business with them again. |

(+) SecureMart had the best price for the product. (+) Shipping was prompt (-) They took 2 1/2 business days to send out a simple order confirmation email. (-) Here's my biggest complaint: the product was worth about $450, and they shipped it in a bubble-wrapped envelope. The product's original packaging was completely mangled upon arrival. Luckily, the product was not damaged. But it was totally reckless on their part to ship it out like that. I will never buy a product from them ever again |

I ordered a $ 200 Canon printer on a Wednesday late evening. It was an internet order with standard ground delivery. The printer arrived Friday morning in perfect condition. Total elapsed time from order placement to my printer up and running was about 40 hours! Need I say more? |

Did not order any speedy mail service. I ordered a photo printer on Sunday and Monday was a holiday. Tue morning the printer was delivered to my door. This is my first experience with this vendor but definitely not my last. Great buying experience. |

The motherboard I ordered showed up completely dead. When I attempted to get an RMA, I was told by SecureMart that they will not accept motherboard returns under ANY circumstances, and that I have to return it to the manufacturer. Now I have to wait TWO WEEKS before I can expect to get my motherboard replaced. (They also ignored my email request for an RMA.) They were not concerned at all that I wasn't happy. Not a customer-friendly company at all. AVOID! |

I made a mistake in my web order-wall mount instead of desk mount. I called to correct it-quickly-and was told that was no problem as the order had not been sent. Received correct item, but it was missing hardware. Had to send back to get new one with hardware. They send the wrong one (wall instead of desk). Have to send it back-again-for correct item. Was told that RMA info would be sent to me the next morning. Is now 2 days later, no RMA, cancelled order. Now ordering from another Co. |

I purchased a video card from SecureMart.com. There turned out to be undocumented compatability issues with the card and my machine. They did accept the return, but charged a large restocking fee. If a company cannot fully stand behind its products, it shouldnt sell those products. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from securemart, since if the item doesn't work, you'll be the one paying for it... even when its clearly the manufaturer's fault. |

These guys are AWFUL! They must write many of these reviews themselves to artificially boost their rating. Both I and a family member used them and we BOTH had terrible problems. Worst customer service I've ever tried to deal with--inexplicably rude and uncivil. Don't be fooled by the low price like we were. Spend the extra $3 and use a reputable company. |

Bought Altec-Lansing speakers for ipod. When they arrived WE accidently broke the door. Securemart said no problem. They were returned and a new item was shipped the day the original was returned. Very helpful and friendly service!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! |

I had the item (an Epson scanner) in my hands about 60 hours after I had ordered it, via regular shipping. The ordering process was quick and easy. I like that they showed whether the product was in or out of stock. Their pricing was the best of the lot. I will definitely consider them first for my next purchase! |

over 2 weeks to receive an order for an item that was "in stock" Merchant is in CA, item ships from TN? not exactly "in stock" in my book. Item didn't ship for 9 days and came half way round the US to get to me. Would not recommend. I run a service based bus. and would be left behind if I lagged like this with any of my orders. Beter to pay a couple of extra $$ and deal with more reliable co. as far as logistics go. This should have arrived within 3 or 4 days. As it was it took 15 days. F- |
