I ordered a scanner on a Monday night. By Wednesday, Securemart had shipped it to me and upgraded the shipping option. I was very pleased with their prompt responses. I would definitely purchase an item from them in the future. Great prices, of course! |

This was my first experience using SecureMart.com. I was a little skeptical at first since there was only 1 review at the time I placed my order. I figured if there was a problem, it would be fixable. What a super experience! They were the least expensive and my order arrived in 2 days. I didn't even have a chance to buy the accessories before the printer came. I would highly recommend SecureMart.com to a friend and I would most definitely order from them again. SecureMart had the lowest price and free shipping for the Canon I960 Photo Printer. I made the purchased but SecureMart informed me a day later it was out of stock. Hence, the printer arrived a week later than originally expected. The service was typical of any online store and I would shop from them again if the total cost is the lowest. It would be nice to know if an item was in stock at the time of order rather than finding out after the order was placed. |

Very good experience. The price was right on my Toshiba PDR M700 digital camera. It arrived on time. The only thing that prevented me from rating a 5 star was their rather quirky oredering process. I live in multiple states and my shipping address is almost always different than my billing address. I got an immeadiate phone call from a CSR minutes after completing my on line order. The CSR was courteous, and did not try to sell me up just understand my situation. A good fraud preventer? |

Securemart.com was very efficient in their handling of my online order. I ordered a Canoscan5000F scanner on Sunday night , and by Thursday afternoon it was delivered.After the order was received, I needed a duplicate invoice and the contact went to the trouble of finding the paper, converting it to a PDF file and e-mailed it to me. I would gladly order again from this company. Very inexpensive, very fast and efficient.They do what they promise! |

Their terms seemed tough, see their site (i tried to fit it in here) it did not fit the 500 words i am allocated, but here is my experience in black and white: Order Placed on 01/22/2004 12:23 pm eastern time for a canon i900D photo printer(they were the cheapest ones). Besides having the lowest price I could find for an i960 Canon printer they really came through on customer service. There was a snafu on the shipping/tracking number they had sent but as it turned out the printer was delivered on time and for free (as advertised). Their customer rep not only found the problem and corrected it but also emailed and then telephoned me to let me know they had corrected the problem. Now that's what customer service is all about. |

On Tuesday morning I ordered a shredder - by Tuesday evening I received an email from SecureMart saying it had been shipped and they provided a tracking number. Thursday afternoon I received the shredder. Now that was professional service!!!!! Before placing an order with SecureMart I reviewed feedback from two other companies. Their feedback ran one third to one fourth negative. SecureMart’s feedback was 100 percent positive and their price was great. Keep up the good work! |

I purchased Canon MP730 (multifunction) from securemart for $354.28 on Jan. 31, 04. On February 2nd, 04, they processed my order. On the same day, their website showed a reduced price $269. I requested a price difference, which they outrageously declined. I was told verbally that its not in their policy to give the difference, but their website doesn't say so in their list of policies. They also refused the full refund, even if we are ready to return the product. Buyers watchout! |
