Posted 1 year ago - As background, I have used a lot of antivirus and internet security suite from Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, PC-cillin, Iolo, Webroot, Windows OneCare, BitDefender, etc. The Kaspersky series always take minimum memory resource, and the IS2009 follows this rule perfectly, it took as little memory as the new Norton IS2009. It runs quietly in background and you can rarely find its existence. The new Kaspersky IS2009, unlike its previous version, provide a much better automatic mode in which you don't need to configure or program it and let itself to determine the internet connection and application filtering. It's simplified and will not ask you so many detailed questions which was quite annoying. At the same time, it still provide the manual mode for those who always like everything customized by themselves. Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 also works very well on Vista 64-bit edition. It can also help you to check whether your softwares are up-to-date, which is very interesting and useful design. At last, the 3-user edition is really a budget for multiple family users no matter what windows system they are using.
