Had issue with power supply but they quickly resolved issue in a easy and professional manner. This is second unit from them I have purchased and I am totaly satisified with product and seller. I will be back for more. |

Laptop was not recieved as advertised. Was to have WindowsXP. It came with Windows 2000. Was told that it was not advertised to Pricegrabber as having Windows XP, and Pricegrabber advertised XP. Battery indicator also said battery must be replaced. After 2 days laptop would not boot. I did get ARG to return. Got laptop back with Windows XP, however battery indicator still said that battery should be replaced. I would like to thank Saira for the help getting ARG. I still wish I had a battery with better health. |
