My overall experience was great. The website indicated that there was a quantity of 4 drives available when I placed the order, but it turned out there was only a quantity of 3. This ended up delaying shipment by roughly a week. The vendor did a great job of contacting me via phone to inform me of the delay and to keep me posted on status. |

I called the company to verify stock and had the call promptly answered and all questions answered. It was very helpful that this company is particibating in the BBB Online Reliability Program. When you are new in Internet sales, this gives an added measure of confidence to a buyer to use this company over another. Server Nexus did their homework and made good choices before entering the market. |
