hpoley from PA Member Since: 07/31/2002 View Member's: Reviews	I had to return memory because my website search for HP ML150 G3 memory, yielded HP ML150 (G1) memory and I didn't catch the error. I returned the product using USPS Priority mail (same method by which it had originally been shipped), and tracked to have been returned, but I failed to require a signature. Server Supply claims that it was not delivered. Because no signature was required they are claiming non-delivery or that is was delivered to another of the 20 merchants in their building. The postal service makes very few mistakes (my bills always seem to arrive on time, year-after-year), and when it does make one, the recipients of the erroneous delivery return it to the postal service for return or re-delivery. Be VERY careful when returning anything to this merchant, and require a delivery signature on returns ... document everything. Considering their 25% restock fee, you might consider doing business with someone else ... something doesn't seem right.	Overall Rating

ChipPowers from CT Member Since: 10/09/2009 View Member's: Reviews	I don't trust ServerSupply and neither should you. I ordred a drive based on a manufacturer's part number, ST336607LW. That number defines all the parameters of the drive - speed, capacity, interface, everything. There's no room for variation when you order that part number. One of the things that number defines in this case is a SCSI Ultra 320 wide interface. They shipped a drive with all the same specifications but an Ultra 160 interface. The part number they shipped was the same, but the specs were wrong. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me it was originally sold to Dell (makes sense, I was replacing a drive in a Dell server) but it was never manufacturer with an Ultra 160 interface. Something is suspicious about the drive I received. Given how old it was they didn't care to pursue the matter, but it was safe to say I wasn't in possession of a genuine Seagate drive, as they never produced something with the specifications that I had received.
