Assembly of product, in-ability to deliver what it promises

Posted 1 year ago - I am an experienced sewer. I bought this machine after my old machine broke down after 15 years. The only positive thing that I can say about this machine is, that the packaging of the machine is good, allowing a quick return. I was disappointed on all accounts. The stitch quality is lousy on all different kinds of fabric, even after trying to adjust the settings. It may have a stronger motor, but what good does the motor do if the rest of the machine in underwhelming at best. Unless you have time and money to waste do not buy this machine.
