It looked identical to the original that came with the phone. The only discernible difference was the original was made in Japan and the one I received was made in China. E-mailed site 3 times before I got a response stating that my order was cancelled because item was out of stock. An e-mail within 1-2 days telling me it was out of stock would have been nice.
