Blue_MiSfit - (November 09, 2004) This stuff is awesome. I gained a solid 13 pounds in about a month by working out 20 mins a day, 2-3 days a week and eating 2 of these monster shakes every single day. I cant tell you what a difference it makes. I'm a skinny whiteboy with a metabolism that if not force fed will make me lose weight 24/7 :( This stuff corrects that problem :) Highly reccommend it to anyone who's a hard gainer

bigdowg - (February 09, 2006) this is highly the best stuff i have ever tryed just follow in structions and you will be a king in no time another good sulution to go with it is (body fortress)whey its good to and exspeacially if you just want a quick meal i love to work out its my dream to get up to 200 pounds in all solid muscle and if it only took me six months this far then im on a good start i might be little but its all muscle baby...lol

gmakool - (July 27, 2004) THis is a good product. It helps me gaining my muscles back. I take it 4 times a day. Try the all varieties pack to taste all falvors.

KathyNY - (10/17/2009) This bar states "dark chocolate with blueberries" on its label. If a blueberry got near this chocolate I'd like to know about it. No blueberry whatsoever. Very disappointing for the price and false advertising.

danidix - (01/16/2009) Definitely would recommend this product Strawberry flavor as well as others. Your personal preference definitely dictates. Be cognizant of where purchased. The price can vary widely. Also remember there are several different types of Ensure... to include the basic, high protein, etc
