Shipdog had an excellent price on the Sirius Stiletto and I received the item in time for Xmas, but just barely. I ordered the item on Dec 11th and requested 3 days shipping. It was not shipped until the 19th and did arrive on the 22nd, but no confirmation e-mail was received, and the delay between the date I placed my order and when it actually shipped was much longer than I am happy with. Had it not arrived on time, my g/f would not have been a very happy camper at Xmas. The item was new and in perfect condition so from that perspective I have no complaints. However the delay between order date and ship date was too long and the lack of a confirmation e-mail is unfortunate. I would buy from this vendor again, but I would give myself a lot of time if I had a deadline by which I wanted to receive the order. |

I called in my order and they were very pleasant and said it would be about a week for my Garmin Nuvi 350. I didn't recieve an e-mail from them. Found the girl that took my phone order put it down wrong that is my only complaint. After I e-mailed them I got a rounting number on my order and to my surprise it arrived in 3 days. The product was packed good and love my new Garmin, works great. I would do business with them again. |

The site did, however, keep telling me my shopping cart was empty and so I had to re-enter it several times. I clicked the icon, saw my cart was full and then it would then tell me there was nothing to purchase. Fifth time it worked so I look forward to getting my vacuum cleaner! Happy New Year! |

I usually purchase from major online retailors, so I was a little nervous buying from Shipdog at first. I made my order of a set of Wusthof German knives (model #WUS8424) on 01/02/07. I called everyday to check on the status of my order. On 01/03/07 I was told my order should go out that day. However, I never received an email stating that it did in fact go out. So I called again and was told it would go out for sure the next day (01/04/07) and they were very sorry for any problem. I received my kife set on Friday 01/05/07 in perfect condition and they came Fedex Over-Night as I live in Arizona and Shipdog is in New York. Shipdog beat everyone elses prices by close to $100. I give them 5-Stars and will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. |

Shipdog was a very reliable merchant for me. I was a bit 'sketched' out by their website as it didn't seem too professional. However, they had the absolute lowest price, the item arrived in 2 days, and it was brand new and factory sealed. The only bad reviews I have read about Shipdog were total oddities. I recommend this shipper to anybody. |

Amazing service. Placed the order on 12/26 at 2:40. Got the confirmation email a few minutes later. I chose the cheapest shipping and was really happy to recieve my GPS in just two days. The shipment was correct. Really happy customer. |

This Company offers the ability to send your package to another address for a gift or in case your not home when delivered. I'm and over the road truck driver and not always home. I was going to order the Sirius Stiletto Portable Satellite Radio from them for $300.00 and place it on my card and have it shipped to a friends house where I know someone would be to receive it. Because my friend dose not have 'Land-Line” telephone, they only use there cell numbers they considered my order a fraud and refused to ship it. In this day and age many people do not have home phones anymore because of cell phones. Now the one big gift I was going to be giving my best friend is lost and I'm stuck without a gift for him. If there not going to use this service they should not offer it to start with. I will never do business with this shady company again. These guys are awesome. I was looking for the Garmin Nuvi c350 and they had the lowest prices with no tax (i'm in California) and free shipping. it was very easy to make the purchase. They promptly sent me an order confirmation email, and shipped on the second business day via FedEx Express. I received it within 5 business days of placing the order. Not bad at all for free shipping. I received the item in perfect condition. Will definitely be buying from them in the future |
