Ship Dog had the lowest price on the Magellan Navagation system that I could find on the web. They also had one of the most professional and helpful staff that I have delt with. I will use them again and have already recommended them to everyone I know. |

Ship Dog had the best price and they shipped virtually immediately, with a delivery of 3 days despite being shipped ground. The product was brand new as advertized and it was packed well. I would definitely recommend them. |

As far as I can see this is a new merchant with only 8 reviews but all were positive, so I went for it because the price was the best I could find on the Internet. Their web site was informative although product detail and "what's in the box" could be expanded. Product "In Stock" was not mentioned but my order reference said the product would ship in 2-3 business days, we'll see. Overall a good experence and if the product I ordered ships and is delivered on-time I will shop here again. |

Site doed not inform if item is in stock. Information about item was okay, but could have been more extensive. Item was shipped from about 50 miles away but took 2 days to arrive by Fed Ex Saver. (UPS ground would be one day.) |

Great follow-up on email notification. They even corrected an error in spelling when they noticed a "bounce back." Had product (Nikon Coolscan V) in stock and the best price around. Web site has the order information posted. I would definitely use again. The only improivement I can think of is to post the tracking number on the web site, but for the price point offered - I can live without the tracking. |

I purchased a Tom Tom Go Navigation system and after a couple of minutes the unit shut down. I tried to reset it but I had no luck. I called the guys at Shipdog and before I could tell them what happened they suggested that I return it and they would ship a new unit. They got me the new unit ASAP and it works perfect. The owners of this company speak about customer service and happy customers as their main goal.... they practice what they preach. Shipdog is great!!! |

Easy to shop and order from web site. Updates were almost non-existant. I was not even aware that the item had been shipped until a day or two after I saw it charged on my credit card. Not very comforting since they advertise items being shipped in two or three business days. |

I bought the TomTomGo. The product was shipped two business days after placing the order; I was informed via e-mail by Fedex about shipment and provided with a tracking number. The product arrived two days later. Perfect service. I am now looking forward to receiving the rebate; hope this works as smoothly as the shipment. |
